We act solely as a facilitator between customers and salons; the actual service is provided by the salon.

Booqslot does not guarantee availability, quality, or service delivery by the salons listed on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information while booking.

Users are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their booked appointments.

Any disputes regarding services received at a salon must be resolved directly with the salon.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Appointment bookings are subject to salon availability.

Cancellation or rescheduling policies may vary from salon to salon. Users are encouraged to review the respective salon’s cancellation policy before booking.

Booqslot is not responsible for refunds; these are handled by the salon as per their policy.

5. Payments

Currently we don’t have any payment feature on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Booqslot is a booking platform only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by salons.
• Any injury, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from services availed at a salon.
• Technical issues, delays, or system errors that may affect bookings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on Booqslot are owned by us and protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

Booqslot reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if found misusing the platform or violating these Terms.
